Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity that carries the risk of serious injury or death. Products manufactured and sold by Two Down Clothing are designed for general motorcycle use; however, they are not tested for all riding conditions, crash scenarios, or use cases, and no motorcycle apparel can eliminate the risks associated with riding.

By purchasing and using Two Down Clothing products, the rider acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks of motorcycling. Two Down Clothing is not an insurer of rider safety and shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from crashes, impacts, or accidents, including those occurring under conditions for which the products have not been tested or evaluated.

Two Down Clothing products are not designed, tested, or certified for extreme riding conditions, high-speed impacts, racing, stunt riding, off-road use, or atypical crash dynamics unless explicitly stated. Injuries resulting from impacts, forces, speeds, or circumstances exceeding the intended or tested capabilities of the product fall outside the scope of any protection the gear may provide.

Two Down Clothing shall not be liable for injuries arising from misuse, failure to follow provided instructions or warnings, improper fit, lack of maintenance, product modification, normal wear and tear, or degradation due to age or environmental exposure. Liability may only arise where it can be proven that a manufacturing defect, design defect, or failure to adequately warn directly caused the injury, independent of the crash forces or riding conditions.
